Q: What is the size of the rink? Is it synthetic ice?

A: The rink is 80 x 100 feet of real ice. All of our rinks are true ice-skating rinks with professional, quality, real ice powered by the very best commercial chillers. We zamboni the ice regularly to ensure your skate will be the best it can be!

Q: When is the rink open?

A: The rink operates November through March, rain or shine (weather may impact conditions). 

Q: Do you offer public skating sessions?

A: Yes! Public sessions run daily with two hour sessions.

Q: What happens if it rains/snows? Is there a rain date?

A: If there is inclement weather, we will cancel the sessions and you will then get an email with a credit link to book another day. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.

Q: What size skates are available to rent?

A: Sizes range from youth nine to a men's thirteen. 

Q: Do you sanitize your skates?

A: Absolutely! We take your safety very seriously! We carefully sanitize each pair of skates after use.

Q: Are dogs allowed on property?

A: No.

Q: How do I purchase tickets?

A: Tickets can be purchased online in advance.

Q: Do igloo's and fire pits include ice skating tickets?

A: No they do NOT include ice skating tickets.

Adults: $20 ; Kids: $15 ; Skate Rentals: $5

Q: Are tickets refundable?

A: NO REFUNDS. Tickets are transferable but non-refundable.

Q: Is parking available?

A: Yes! Free on-site parking is available.

Q: Can we walk in and buy our tickets? 

A: Although, we do take walk ins, we must monitor the amount of people on the ice for your safety. To ensure your skating session, it is best to book online in advance.

Q: How can I get an ice walker?

A: Walkers are available to rent for $15. We have a limited quantity of ice skating walkers onsite on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: What fees and taxes will I be charged?

A: A small service fee applies to all purchases and state sales tax applies to all rentals .

Q: What types of payments do you accept at the door?

A: We accept all major credit cards but, we urge customers to buy ahead online as skating sessions can sell out.

Q: Can I bring my own skates?

A: Absolutely, bring your own skates and there is no rental fee.

Q: Can I book a private party or event?

A: Yes! We offer an indoor heated lodge, igloos, and fire pits that are perfect for birthdays, holiday gatherings, and private celebrations.

Rules and Regulations for the Igloo:

• The rental fee is due in full at checkout. Rentals are non-refundable. In the event of the venue closing due to inclement weather, you will be issued an electronic voucher to reschedule an alternate time.
• Each booking is for 2 hours. Booking two sequential slots will also give you an additional 15 minutes in between the spots. To do this, you will need to make two separate reservations.
• Only 8 people, regardless of age, are allowed in each igloo and at each fire pit. This is a firm limit due to fire code and egress requirements. There is no flexibility on this whatsoever.
• All guests must check in inside with our host when you get here. Please have your party sign the waivers in advance and be prepared to show ID.
• Absolutely no outside food and/or drinks are permitted.
• Pets are not permitted in the igloo or at fire pits.
• No decorations are allowed. Nothing can be attached in any way to the igloo structure.
• Damage/Excessive Mess: If the igloo or fire pit is damaged in a negligent or malicious way by anyone in your party, or an excessive mess is made, the amount to repair the damage and/or a $50 cleaning fee will be added to your bill. This does not include normal wear and tear or normal food leftovers.
• Children/underage persons are allowed, but they must remain with your party at all times and count towards the 8 person maximum. There must be at least one parent or guardian present per person under 21.
• No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are allowed.
• No other heat sources are permitted either for food or warming.
• You may not plug anything in to the igloo's electrical strip.
• Reservations have a firm end time to allow for cleaning between reservations.
• The igloo is not wheelchair accessible. If you have any guests with accessibility concerns please give us a call at 732-856-9700 prior to booking.

A: We offer 4 fire pits and 4 igloos at the outdoor rink.

Q: Is there a minimum reservation time?

A: Yes, all reservations require a 2-hour minimum.

Q: Do you offer wait service?

A: Yes! Full wait service is available for your comfort and convenience.

Q: If our kids are skating, is there an area for us to sit and watch?

A:Yes, we will have a large heated indoor room to sit/stand to watch your kids. If you are looking for a more cozy and private area the fire pits and igloos are available to rent.

Q: Is food available at the rink?

A: Yes! Guests can enjoy hot chocolate, snacks, and bar service during their visit.

Q: Do you serve adult beverages?

A: Yes! 

Q: Can we bring our own food and drinks?

A: No outside food or drinks allowed at our rink. This includes adult beverages and is strictly enforced.
